Meet the Durango Arts Center
DAC is a multi-faceted hub for community arts that hosts and promotes contemporary visual and performing arts, arts education, and the annual Durango Autumn Arts Festival. DAC is a local arts industry leader and works to ensure that the arts thrive in the Four Corners region.
Theater Programs
We provide entertaining, professional, top-quality theatre, exciting audiences with old favorites while challenging them with new and non-traditional works. We foster collaboration by inviting local theater artists and other companies to join our artistic community through auditions, theater rentals, guest artist opportunities, and production assistance.

Education Programs
DAC education programs provide dynamic opportunities for children, youth and adults to explore the visual and performing arts within a cooperative and inspiring learning environment.
Exhibits
DAC exhibits meaningful, progressive art shows that support regional artists. We host around 25 exhibits annually in the Barbara Conrad, Art Library, and Entrada/Arriba Gallery spaces, featuring local, national, and internationally recognized artists. Each DAC exhibit includes special events such as workshops, demonstrations, lectures, and film screenings.
